The challenge
Staples’ business need was to quickly migrate the Salesforce Merchandising Platform into the target environment and prepare it to smoothly switch into the Lightning interface. The client already managed to end the discovery and analysis phase and was in need of development, technical assistance, and advisory.
What we did
During the development phase:
- Performed a basic configuration for the target environment
- Prepared and exported metadata
- Assisted in metadata tests
- Performed migration to Full Sandbox
- Assisted in Full Sandbox test
- Deployed metadata to the production environment
