What we did
- We built a team providing monitoring services in a 7/12 system, with the possibility of extending it to 7/24
- We prepared the documentation of the environments and processes
- We automated the monitoring process
- We created a transparent reporting system
Effects
The client’s system is monitored by a remote Sii team. Proactive monitoring allowed for an early detection of problems and effective cooperation between customer teams. Efficient reporting provided a transparent insight into the status of the systems.
